In these recent years, mass media often exposes and concerns about degradation moral of the students. There are a lot of news saying about the students that brave to do something immoral to their teacher like saying unkind words, flirting to the teacher, or even underestimating the teacher.

These disrespectment will not occur when the students have great integrity in themselves. Before the students grade or even judge the teachers, they have to remember that teacher is one of the person who dedicate their whole life to teach the students and give knowledge to them. Teacher act a role as our parent at school, who guide and show us the best way how to face the world. As a parent, teacher absolutely wants the best for the students. Sometimes the teacher do something good when there isn’t any student who expect that is a good thing. So, respect the teacher is a must.

But in this twenty first of century, the conventional way of teaching is not suitable with the condition. Its not an era when the students have to write a long summary by their own hand or maybe type it by using an old typewriter. Globalisation has covered all of these ancient thing, to make a summary we just need to sit down on chair, start the computer, type the words and print it out along with colorful pictures. By searching on the internet, they already knew which are the best way to teach or learn something. The students have a lot of information about the education system in this world and they are able to make an analysis about it. The students have right to speak their mind when there is something improper that the teacher did. These critical and comments is just for the best way to create two way communication between the teacher and the students. So the learning process will be effective and efficient. This demand of critic will encourage the students to be proactive. Along the fun learning process the students will easy to remember the lesson that the teacher already explained and the teacher will feel pleasure to transferred the knowledge to the students.

In the conclusion, it’s fine to grade the teacher but the students have to concern about the way to grade the teacher. The students have to keep respect when they say their aspiration to create an effective learning process in the class.
